Our root clips may be positioned in multiple clipping patterns, allowing you to boost limp, thin curls into a halo of luscious locks. The clips are rust-resistant, making them perfect for use on wet hair. Without barbs, these clips will sit comfortably against your scalp: no poking or prodding involved!

To build volume and define curls, begin by applying your Curly Girl® styling product to hair. Then, lean to one side so your hair falls away from the crown of your head. Insert a clip at the root of a one-inch strip of hair, with prongs facing away from the scalp. Repeat around the head, your arm forming an ‘O-shape’ as it circles around the crown. Leave in 10-20 minutes, or while drying hair with a diffuser, for best results.
